Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.
