Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Official transcripts are provided in a sealed envelope with the registrar's signature stamped across the seal. Paper copies should remain in the unopened, sealed envelope until it is presented to the employer, institution or scholarship provider.
Can I open my official transcript?

If they do, do not open this envelope, as it will make the transcript no longer official. If you just want a copy of your transcript for your own personal use, an unofficial version is fine.
