The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Home Service Contracts Cover Systems Repair Home service contracts typically do not cover major structural defects such as foundations cracking or collapsing. Additional protection over and above basic home service warranty coverage is also available for most warranty- company-defined home systems.
The main reason structural damage isn't included in most home insurance policies is that insurance is designed to cover loss due to sudden, accidental events. Because it can take so long to detect, structural damage can be considered a maintenance problem, which is not covered by home insurance.
Your foundation is covered by homeowners' insurance like any other part of your home. Unlike other parts of your home however, many causes of foundation damage are explicitly excluded from standard policies.
Basic homeowners' insurance covers financial loss caused by weather (e.g. lightning and hail) and catastrophic events (e.g. fire and explosions). Most homeowners policies do not, however, protect against flooding, earthquakes, neglect, power failure, war, or intentional loss.
Wood rot of floor joists is typically not covered by a homeowner policy unless it can be tied directly to a covered event. Mold caused by water due to condensation, excessive humidity or flooding is typically excluded from coverage provided by a home insurance policy.
Coverage for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is generally two years. Some builders provide coverage for up to 10 years for major structural defects, sometimes defined as problems that make a home unsafe and put the owner in danger.
Home Builder Warranties Cover Structural Defects Builders' warranties cover problems such as cracks in a home's foundation, bad wiring and plumbing and other defects. After a year, most builders' warranties on homes are limited to major structural issues that pose health or safety problems.
The average cost of a 10-year warranty is less than a half percent of the total purchase price of the home (including the land). Assuming a median-priced home in a lower-risk state, the average one-time cost is $350. In a higher-risk state, the average one-time cost of the structural warranty is $1,250.
