PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. The site is a bit slow, and often will freeze during filling. Otherwise it is well worth the $72.00 I paid although it was supposed to be a free trial for 30 days.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Do you have to give a 30-day notice on a year lease?
It is generally accepted that tenants must give the landlord at least 30 days' notice prior to the date of lease termination. Some states require more than 30 days' notice, so check your local laws and your lease agreement.
Do you have to give 30 day notice if lease is up California?
Specifically, you must give the landlord the same amount of notice as the number of days between your rent payments. For example, if you pay monthly rent, you are required to give a 30-day written notice. The landlord is under no obligation to divulge the reason for non-renewal of the lease agreement.

In general, the longer the lease term, the more notice the tenant must give. It is generally accepted that tenants must give the landlord at least 30 days' notice prior to the date of lease termination. What happens when rental lease expires in California?
Upon expiration of the lease, the landlord can expect return of the property as per the agreement. The parties are presumed to have renewed on the same rental terms and for the same period of time as under the now-expired lease, not exceeding one month when the rent was payable monthly or, in any event, one year.
How many days after your lease is up do you have to move?
So, first things first, you have to give your landlord written notice that you will be vacating the property. This is usually done around thirty days leading to the end of your lease and allows you to move out before the next rent cycle.
What happens if you want to stay after the lease has ended?
A holdover tenant is a tenant who stays in the rental unit after the lease expires. If the tenant continues to pay rent, the tenancy essentially becomes a month-to-month tenancy. A holdover tenant is legally allowed to stay in the rental unit as long as the landlord takes no action to remove them.
How much notice do I have to give if my lease is up?
Monthly tenancy The tenant must give one month of notice. The landlord must give 3 months of notice.
Do you have to give a 60-day notice if your lease is up?
Even though fixed-term leases don't automatically renew, landlords can still require tenants to provide 60-days notice, prior to the lease end date, of their intent to move out. If the tenant wants to renew the lease, a new lease must be signed.
