This is such a great tool for keeping track of your pdf flies while categorizing them to fit your preferences. As a student, I've used this for many different reasons and have always found it extremely convenient for filing and organizing my files. From school assignments to the official paper work, it provides a user friendly platform for easy usage and proper description. Must have for the student to the average daily worker!
It can be a little tricky to figure out how it functions properly at first, but their are some good tutorials out there that I highly recommend, such google them. Also, it doesn't really have a customer support system, which is a down side.

The contract stipulates the amount of the loan, the interest rate, and what happens if you fall behind on property taxes or payments.
What is the title company responsible for?
Title companies generally act as the combined agent of the insurance company, the buyer, the seller, and any other parties related to a real estate transaction, such as mortgage lenders. The title company reviews title, issues insurance policies, facilitates closings, and files and records paperwork.
What does the title company do for closing?
A title-closing company has the responsibility for ensuring that all the documents related to the ownership of a property are in order before real estate transactions are executed. The title company also provides an agent to oversee the closing process.
How does a title company make money?
Title companies also make money by selling title insurance to both the lending institution and the buyer of a new home. In most cases, the buyer pays for the title insurance for their lender, and the homeowner (or seller) pays the title insurance premium for their buyer. Title insurance is a one-time cost.
Who pays the title company at closing?

No, you don't have to use a title company, a Real Estate Broker or an attorney can close, deals are closed at banks, I closed deals in my mortgage company office as well.
Can you sell a home without a title company?
If your buyer is financing the purchase of your home, a title company has to be involved. The reason is that mortgage lenders require title insurance, and only title companies provide it. If it's a cash sale or no money is involved, you can probably opt out of using a title company's services.
What does the title company need to close?

At the closing, a settlement agent from the title company will bring all the necessary documentation, explain it to the parties, collect closing costs and distribute monies.
