I am pleased that I can resend my document to a recipient because I initially documented the recipient's email address incorrectly. I was able to find out how to do this with all the helpful tabs and support information

I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Each transcription requiring timestamps must include timestamps at least once every 30 seconds and at every change in speaker. Place timestamps in brackets — [00:30]. The timestamp should be placed after the speaker's name and before the transcribed language is shown.
As an example, Transcriptionist's standard format for timestamps is [HH:MM:SS] that is the accurate hours, minutes, down to seconds placed in different ways within the transcript. Different ways to use timestamps: Start/End Some recordings do not start with dialogues right away.
Every sentence should end with a punctuation mark. Except when the sentence ends with a double dash which means the sentence was incomplete, or an unintelligible or inaudible mark when you cannot be sure whether the sentence is a question or not. The beginning of every sentence should be capitalized.
1. Phonetic Timestamps. Phonetic timestamps are used when you (the transcriber) hears a word but is unsure of the spelling. In this case, you type the word and include the timestamps as shown below.
The most popular system is to put a vertical line ( ) before the stressed syllable in the phonetic transcription of the word. For example, the transcription for become is /BKM/. If a word has only one syllable (examples: pen, watch), dictionaries usually do not put the stress mark before it.
Dictionaries use phonetic transcriptions to tell you how you should pronounce words. For example, there is transcribed as /he/, and the r sound is heard in the recording. For more information, look at the table with English sounds and IPA symbols.
Phonetic transcription (also known as phonetic script or phonetic notation) is the visual representation of speech sounds (or phones) by means of symbols. The most common type of phonetic transcription uses a phonetic alphabet, such as the International Phonetic Alphabet.
Slowly pronounce the word that you want to transcribe out loud to yourself. Ask yourself what sounds you hear. Try to write the word out using IPA notation, without referring to your IPA chart. Look back to your IPA chart and pronounce the word again.
