PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

Slick tool. Nice editing capabilities. Some of the menus are confusing - for example: finding where to update an existing link to fill document is challenging.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

How do I get my JUST transcripts?
Register for a JUST account. Click on the 'Transcripts' tab at the top of the page, then click the 'Official Transcript Request' tab. Type in the institute name or any part of the name and click 'search' or hit the enter key.

What is a JUST transcript?
JUST is a computerized transcript system that produces official transcripts for eligible Soldiers upon request by combining a Soldier's military education and job experience with descriptions and college credit recommendations developed by the American Council on Education (ACE).
What does sh mean on JUST?
SH is semester hour. The JUST is a recommendation, your college gets to determine how they interpret it.
How do I get a smart transcript from the Navy?
To receive your JUST you can register via the JUST website and have a transcript generated on-line. The official copy is sent directly to the college or university you designate. Academic institutions will not accept transcripts directly from the service member.
How do I get my military transcripts?
Register for an account. Click on the “Transcripts” link and view, print or save your unofficial transcripts. You can also click on “Official Transcript Request” and complete the form to have your official transcripts sent to your desired institution at no cost.
