What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.

We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. The tool is a little hard to learn at first and takes some exporting and testing to settle on desired outcomes but was very happy with the end result. I canceled my use as i only needed it for one document but if i were regularly building docs like this i may have kept it.

mostly good. Had trouble one day but it looked like it was site-wide. It was fixed by the next day. Would like to better understand how to capture documents and transfer to other files etc.

The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.

EASY and simple
You know i have really enjoyed this app. It's easy and straight forward, I have had loads of applications to fill in as in rental agreements, work forms, drivers licence transfers which all require a signature. I love that i have a signature option and it stores my signatures. So handy and makes filling in application forms a breeze. I even needed my husband's signature and PDF filler made it so simple, i sent him a link and he signed it and it was done. I will continue using this app.
