I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

Found out about this on Google; did not want to pay to get Adobe Acrobat! It's easy to use to input text, and then after I figured out I had to register for$/month etc. I could Print and Save As. Wonderful Resource, thank you.

I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! I struggled a bit lining up fields with each other, but I guess there is an easier way of doing that than I am doing. For a first timer, I was happy with the experience.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
