Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

good experience but sometime when you try to change something it's changing also the font and the size. some pictures disapear or become completly black so unuseful. There are some things to correct in your application

I wrote some legal documents using this tool, it was much easier than other PDF editing tools I found. I was able to put my legal case together in an hour after wasting much more than that on other editing tools.

How do you account for a sales type lease?
Read the lease agreement to determine the total value of payments the lessor expects to receive. Debit the account Lease Receivable for this amount. Read the asset section of the balance sheet. Subtract the value of the asset from the total value of payments.
What is a sales type lease?
Sales-type is a type of capital lease where the present value of minimum lease payments i.e. the lease receivable for a lessor is higher than the carrying amount of the leased asset. It can be contrasted by the direct financing lease in which there is no operating profit recognized at the inception of the lease.
What is the difference between a sales type lease and a direct financing lease?
The sales type lease, therefore, allows the lessor to recognize more revenue at lease inception, while the direct financing arrangement recognizes no revenue up front but then catches up as the lease progresses. In both cases, the lessee should carry the asset on its balance sheet as a fixed asset.
What is a direct financing lease?
A direct financing lease is a financing arrangement in which the lessor acquires assets and leases them to its customers, with the intent of generating revenue from the resulting interest payments.
What is a selling profit on a sales type lease?
Lease receivable (lease payment amount) Note that the selling profit is the net of the credit to sales revenue and the debit to cost of goods sold. Additionally, the credit to leased property reflects the transfer of control of the leased property to the lessee.
