Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print
Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. What do you like best?
Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type.

Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me.
I like PDFfiller very much.

Open a PDF that contains multiple signature fields.
Right-click the first signature field to be signed and choose to Certify with Visible Signature option.
The Certify Document window will appear.
Click Sign.
Save the PDF & enter the password for your Certificate/USB Token.
Can I paste a signature into a PDF?
Click on Fill & Sign in the Tools' pane on the right. Click Sign, and then select Add Signature. A popup will open, giving you three optionsType, Draw, and Image. Drag, resize and position the signature inside your PDF file.
How do I convert multiple Word documents to PDF?
