I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I was able to locate and complete 10 years worth of 1099-R's online quite easily. They looked very nice and the process was much better than trying to hand type them on a typewriter! Saving the forms in multiple formats will also come in handy in the future.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!
