PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

Do you really want me to tell you what I think about PDFFiller? I am about to jump out of my skin with this program & I just started using it. I have not used hardly any of the features it has! you have forms that are not updated. however, for a particular project- i had to recreate forms filed in 2010. you were the ONLY place, company, resource that had these non-updated forms!! yay!!

I cannot find enough praise..
I cannot find enough praise for the support team at PDFfiller. That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. Each time I have contacted PDFfiller I have received a prompt response outlining viable solutions and knowledgeable answers. With PDFfiller you may sign up for the product, but you will stay for the unparalleled support.

This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. It offers alot of flexibility and performance features which I appreciate for document management and workflow.

Eliminating so much wasted paper
Very good! Would highly recommend to any fast paced office
We have cut out paper usage in half since we started using this product! And by refusing our waste we also reduced our shredding fees
I haven't found anything to dislike yet. So far it's been a very positive experience and no complaints.

Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too.

Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality.

How to Use the Unify Needed Field Permit Feature
The Unify Needed Field Permit feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily identify and fill in required fields in your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the Unify Needed Field Permit feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to work on.

Once the document is open, click on the 'Unify Needed Field Permit' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

The Unify Needed Field Permit feature will automatically analyze the document and identify any required fields that need to be filled in.

Review the list of required fields generated by the feature. You can easily navigate through the document by clicking on each field in the list.

To fill in a required field, simply click on it in the list. The field will be highlighted in the document, and you can start typing to enter the necessary information.

Continue filling in all the required fields in the document using the same process.

Once you have filled in all the required fields, you can save the document or proceed with any additional actions you need to take.
