What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

Best customer service and software! It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. These credentials allow you to log in to the Unify Network Controller, either accessing it directly by typing the IP address on your browser, or by going to the Unify Cloud Access Portal and launching the Controller from there. You created these credentials in the Controller Access screen of the Setup Wizard.

No, you do not need the full Unify topology in order to use the Unify Network Controller. The majority of Ubiquity Networks routers have a default username of bunt, a default password of bunt, and the default IP address of 192.168.1.1. These Ubiquity Networks credentials are needed when doing a login to the Ubiquity Networks router's web interface to change any settings.
Your username is your email address you used to register unify service. If you happen to forget your username or password, click on the 'Forgot Email' or 'Forgot Password' respectively in the Self-Care page.
Log into the Unify controller. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the bottom-left of the page). Go to the Site section (this is the default section you go to when going to the Settings page). Make the desired changes in the DEVICE AUTHENTICATION section at the bottom of the page. Click the APPLY CHANGES button.
Open up a web browser (e.g. Firefox) and go to this address: http://192.168.0.1. You'll see the login screen to the router's admin like below. Once logged in, click on the Maintenance tab (at the top). You will then see a screen called Administrator Settings where you can change both the Admin and Operator password.
For the password, use the default password Unify has given you, when in doubt, look at the bottom of your router (that's the orange color device with the 2 antennas) and look for an 8 digit PIN. That's your default password. It's printed there in big bold letters you can't miss it.
