I was able to find an IRS form and fill it out that was unavailable from their website. I was also able to find and complete all the other forms I needed.

I like the fact I can do this online. But, being new, it's complicated finding my way around. I cannot figure out why the font changes size when completing column J - both lines.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.

So much better than acrobat
This is really good tech and works much better than acrobat! I was shocked that people were leaving negative reviews - then found out they all complain that you have to sign up after editing your document - SO WHAT you cannot expect amazing tech for free. I don’t get why people complain. Tech is amazing customer service is second to none.
