What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

This website is awesome for any pdf files that need to be edited. I had a few problems along the way but once you figure it out and get use to it, its a breeze.

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.

Can you save mail merged letters individually?
One of the drawbacks with mail merge is that when you try to print each record as a single PDF file, unfortunately, Word combined all the records in one single PDF. Also, you cannot perform mail merge to save each record as their own individual Word document.
Can you mail merge to separate documents?
You can use a macro to easily split such a document into individual files, one for each data record. Normally, the mail merge result to a new document is one long file which can be edited and printed. Using the Master Document feature, it's possible to save each as a separate file.
How do you mail merge letters?
In a blank Microsoft Word document, click on the Mailings tab, and in the Start Mail Merge group, click Start Mail Merge. Click Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard. Select your document type. Select the starting document. Select recipients. Write the letter and add custom fields.
How do I save a mail merge template?
In Export, open the export containing the merge letter. Select File, Save As. Enter the name for the new export. Click Save.
Can you save each page of a Word document separately?
How to save current or each page as separate Word document? If there are multiple pages in your Word document, now, you just need to save only one current page as a new Word file. Normally, you can copy and paste the current page data to a new Word file and then save it.
