The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Learning how to use pdffiller
I'm just learning how to use pdffiller, and it's very easy to pick up. Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info.
I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!

How do you sum all cells with the same name?

How do you combine Lookup and sum?
CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER should be used instead of entering Key since LOOKUP is entered as an array formula. Defining two tables including Main and Lookup is required to extract values and determine the sum of the array values.
