I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I benefit from it cause it not only has what you need but you can save and reference back to it by just a click of a button and I also like how you can customize it your personal liking . I work for family practice and I am always utilizing PDFiller . Looking for a form or needing to reference back to one PDFiller makes it so easy I love it . It's simple , quick and if I ever had any questions there customer service is always standing by to help . There's nothing I dislike . I just wish I known about PDFiller sooner

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software. Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs. Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.
