How do I know if ECDs is updated?
On chart co, you can check if AIO information is being provided in the weekly corrections. To check this, on the Home page go to ENC and then click set up. Under ENC Suppliers check if ACS (AIO) is set up. If it is not set up, you need to do so with the CD received from the ENC supplier.

What is ACS in ECDs?
The ADMIRALTY Vector Chart Service (ACS) provides the widest official ENC coverage available, enabling ships to navigate on ECDs for the entirety of most major routes on a single chart service. This coverage includes 4,000 of the biggest ports worldwide, of which we offer unique coverage for over 100.
What is AIO in ECDs?
The Admiralty Information Overlay (AIO) is a data set that contains additional navigation information to mariners. The Admiralty Information Overlay is designed to be displayed overtop of electronic navigation charts (Ends) on an ECDs display screen and is unique only to Admiralty Ends.
