Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

The editor allows our office to clean up and mark up documents received in our office such as lease agreements or forms attached to a policy which either enhance or negatively impact the clients coverage from year to year. We directly not on those forms in our proposals during renewal negotiations so the client has specifically seen and reviewed how the coverage impacts their insurance needs.

What do you like best? The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown. What do you dislike? Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone. Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

What do you like best? This platform is an online pdf editor, electronic signature manager and creator of PDF forms, you can send them by fax, obtain complete copies of the PDF forms sent and signed, you can also automatically extract data from Excel, CRM or database data. Share the documents by email, social networks and you can also place them on your company website. What do you dislike? We have not had any problems with this platform, the performance has been satisfactory, the pdf files are relatively basic and do not present any type of error, it seemed a good option after using other platforms with negative results, but this has been totally different. We use PDFfiller, to obtain and receive forms from our clients, sending e-mail is excellent to communicate, this drastically reduces follow-up time and interaction failures with our work team. We also obtained a significant increase in work flow since I simplified the handling of many documents such as W-4 in addition to insurance renewals and bank authorizations. We perform a conversion of file formats such as Word to Pdf daily and with ease, we are happy with the results.
