I needed to create new documents when…
I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email.
I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send.
I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.

When can a deed be rescinded?
A Deed of Rescission is a document which forms an agreement between the Seller and Buyer A to terminate the original Contract. Rescission will not take effect until the new contract has been signed.
Can a deed be reversed?
Generally speaking, no. Once a quit claim deed has been completed and filed with the County Clerk's Office, the title will officially pass from the granter to the grantee. The only way to reverse a quit claim deed is to go to court and prove that the granter was forced to sign the document under duress.
How do I reverse a deed transfer?
When you sign a deed transferring your interest in real property, you cannot reverse it simply because you regret your decision. Assuming you are on congenial terms with the person who was the grantee of your deed, he can sign a similar deed transferring the property interest back to you.
