How do you confirm an instance upgrade in ServiceNow?
Log in to HI. Click Instances in the left navigation menu. Select Manage Instances. [Partners only] From the user menu, use the Switch Company feature to select a company. Select the instance that you want to upgrade or patch. In the Actions menu, click Upgrade Instance.

How do I upgrade my patch?
