It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash. I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it. Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller. Thank you very much, the PDFfiller team. Wan Chan

I like the program. I did pay for it, so I feel that I should be able to upload pictures to the file. Uploading images should be included in a basic membership. I still like the service.

What do you like best?
I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures. Being able to edit PDF with a Mac since most PDF programs are only compatible with windows.

GREAT product! Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier. This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean. I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

Reasonable but not fantastic Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it. The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use. Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store. Kudos!! *** *

The average amount of time to receive a settlement check after a release is signed is about five to six weeks. However, several factors can delay this process from the specific process at your insurance company to debts and payments that may hold up your payment.
Most bodily injury settlement checks take 1 to 3 days to clear. Once it clears, your attorney can write your check-out immediately. The bodily injury settlement check is usually made out to both the attorney's office and the client.
Usually, a settlement check is sent to the attorney of record. The attorney may hold the check in a trust or escrow account until it clears. Your attorney will also deduct his or her own share from the settlement funds for the legal services that he or she provided and for the advancement of any legal costs.
After accepting an offer of settlement for a personal injury claim you will usually receive your compensation money within 14-28 days from the date of settlement.
After settling an injury case, your lawyer will simply wait for the insurance company's settlement check to come in the mail. It's different if you won at trial, which could mean an appeals process needs to play out before you will see a check for the court-ordered damages award.
So in a straightforward claim of these natures, the case would ideally settle within 4-9 months. However, some cases are expected to exit this streamlined process due to complexity or liability issues which may then extend the length of time required to reach a settlement.
