Fill in the Blanks! As per the 'Pro's' above, when edited could be then be immediately sent by mail to my counter-party sitting across a meeting room table. Crucially important for editing legal documents........... Every had a pdf file or document that you can't collect text sections,OR fill in a form, or add notations or extend a document. I did, and often, and I wanted it to look professional as possible, be online, so access from off office meetings was available, and documents changeable in an instant. One that when edited could be then be immediately sent by mail to my counter-party sitting across a meeting room table. Crucially important for editing legal documents. Then I found PDFfiller, it does that and more and I would highly recommend it, a reasonable cost for an excellent product that continues to update and improve its offering. Keep up the good work! A little bit cumbersome in remembering how to download a finished document, could be just me, but clearer tags or instructions might help

It worked great with one exception. On my form the lines that I highlighted did not highlight everything in the printed version. Other than that, it worked great.

A Great Paperless Office Tool PdfFiller is offers more than just fillable PDF forms. While there are many other options out there, its features stand and makes my work easy. The best features are that I don't need to have any software installed as it works on devices connected to the internet and I can edit an entire PDF document on the web and download to my PC, even during the free version. PDF forms can also be filled with data from spreadsheets and is integrated with google, dropbox and Microsoft cloud storages, which makes it easy to export and import data. The form templates don't offer much room for creativity. They are more business structured and limits customization.

Place the text cursor in the top left cell of the table in question, before any text it contains. Press “Enter” if the table is at the top of the document; press “Ctrl-Shift-Enter” if the table is at the top of a section. In either case, this creates a blank line directly above the table.
Place the cursor where you want to insert a line. Go to the Home tab. ... In the Paragraph group, select the Borders drop-down arrow and choose Horizontal Line. To change the look of the line, double-click the line in the document.
To add a horizontal line to an existing document, click the File tab, select Open and browse to the document. Otherwise, Word opens a new page for you to work with. Click the Insert tab, then click the Shapes button in the Illustrations group. Click the first line icon in the Lines' menu that drops down.
Double-click the Word header to enter Editing mode. Click the end of a line and press “Enter” if you need a blank line on which to add your graphic. Click the “Insert” tab and click “Shapes” from the Illustrations group. Click a line format from the Line group.
On the Home tab, under Insert, click Shape, point to Lines and Connectors, and then click the line style that you want. In your document, hold down the mouse button and draw the line where you want. Tip: To draw a line at a pre-set angle, such as vertical or horizontal, hold down SHIFT as you draw the line.
You can get out of the table by pressing the right arrow at the end of the last cell, but this should not be necessary, as there is always a text paragraph (even if empty) below the table, and you can click in it. If you have nonprinting characters (or at least paragraph marks) displayed, this is easier to see.
Click on Table from the menu bar. Select Insert, and then Table ... Enter the desired number of rows and columns. Choose AutoFit behavior if you want the table's cells to automatically expand to fit the text inside them. ... Click OK to insert your table.
Click where you want in your table to add a row or column and then click the Layout tab (this is the tab next to the Table Design tab on the ribbon). To add rows, click Insert Above or Insert Below and to add columns, click Insert Left or Insert Right.
