I have used PDF filler to change dates on my job seeking paperwork. I use PDF filler to fill in work forms. I love that I can get my signature easily, and ask others to sign forms! This is great for school paperwork.

If you ever happen to chat with Support… If you ever happen to chat with Support for a technical issue --- Hope you get Paul. Paul worked with me for nearly and hour trying to figure out why my form got skewed. I shared out my screen with him -- he diligently and carefully figured out the problem and got it fixed. Saved the day! Kudos to Paul!!

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
