This is an excellent program; however certain functions are difficult, especially "moving text" and aligning the text to create a uniform picture.

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

What do you like best? We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms. What do you dislike? Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? This website is awesome for any pdf… This website is awesome for any pdf files that need to be edited. I had a few problems along the way but once you figure it out and get use to it, its a breeze.

What do you like best? Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc. What do you dislike? The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

I have got to say during this time of a… I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.
