The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I was in a hurry to get a commercial invoice to a broker, all went well until I tried to email the document. I'm 64 years old, so not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff, but it was really confusing at that point.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly. time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures! Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time. It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

Great Customer Service Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. I'm a layman when it comes to figuring out things. I'm a layman when it comes to figuring how do create things on the Internet. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. As before in chatting with someone at the chat desk, they have always been professional.
