So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

Love it...with our computer system I can't figure out how to refile/reprint a claim with your PDFfiller form I can fill in the form print it and send it out.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

What do you like best? We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms. What do you dislike? Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? I like that I don not have to decide… I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.
