I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

Invaluable! I use this every workday! I am continuously learning more ways to utilize the features PDFfiller offers. Sometimes I have found my answer before customer service can but we are all learning. Thanks

Overall, the application is useful. The only issues that I have been experiencing is some of the edits I make either reappear, or are placed on top of the existing text.

very easy to use It is very easy to use, very self explanatory. If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

Review of PDFfiller Fairly good experience, would recommend. Ease of use once you figure it out. Many forms to choose from. Took a bit of time to understand how to get the form I needed each time.
