In less than ten minutes I was messaged back by customer service via email, it's 11:15 pm by the way, and the problem at hand was resolved immediately. This is not a robot or program typing this, I am a real human being, my name is Mike and I totally love PDFfiller.

This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. There has never been an update or change that I couldn't do.

Drawing straight lines could be easier. I can't seem to line them up with other lines in the page.

Its great and affordable. There are lots of little features I like. The e-sign is the best feature as my business is online and having authorization forms for the clients to sign.

THANK YOU! super fast and responsive support team you guys are fast, curteous supportive and knowledgeable about your positions. my experience with your support team has been exceptional..they all were kind and courteous and fast with getting me back on. Thank You! in days that were are experienceing it is good to know that there are a few companies that still utilise our citisens exceptional skills in their business in the United States, that know english well, can do thier jobs over the phone and are "present" so to speak, and use English well.
