The filler form was OK; however, it would have been better to know there was a cost and subscription up front before putting all the time in to fill out the form. Especially when it was shown as "FREE"

At first I was a little concerned. Difficult experience in the past. More business are utilizing e-sign, Do c-section and Right signature. Nice that I can utilize this program with compatible other programs

I wasn't able to login or access the… I wasn't able to login or access the acct and kara was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Now i am able to access the acct and move forward. She was wonderful!!!!

This program/software is very user friendly. When I started my 30 day trial, I just couldn't believe how comfortable I felt using this program. I'm very happy with it. I am happy that I was invited to a webinar, this will help me master the program.

It is difficult to find the exact years… It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
