it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. I found it easy to use, very user-friendly, it made my first experience a joy. Many thanks for such a great tool. I am so glad to have it available. Congrats on an excellent product.

What do you like best? The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information. What do you dislike? The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

Dealing with this company was truly amazing. I have never had such professional response from the customer service of any company. The customer service rep was such a gentleman and solved my problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company!

Good and easy to use except not easy to… Good and easy to use except not easy to move things around once you've put it somewhere, and also not easy to put the text box right on the line that you're supposed to be filling out
