I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. This service is a lifesaver. If, like me you don't have original adobe software and only occasionally have to fill in PDf's, PDFfiller has made life easier. So simple to use - brilliant!

I was a little confused but looks like it will be great once I have the time to sit down and go through a tutorial and then set up my "forms"

The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.

the experience was mostly good, however, when coming from a google doc and putting the document here to convert into a pdf, the drop down tabs that were originally in the google doc did not work- in that way, it was tedious.
