Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

Two main issues I have with PDF: 1) not being able to change the names on the forms, 2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

The entire staff including customer… The entire staff including customer service, my managers and accounting have all made this process very streamlined and easy to follow. I wish it was a little easier to type things into my... I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.
