I had a very good experience with customer service when I wanted to cancel. I did not realize that there was a form available for no charge. This was a one time thing since in my line of work I really don't utilize this type of service. For those that do, it is a valuable tool

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

Affordable, reliable, and flexible with changes. Could use a little more explaining to become more user friendly without having to get technical assistance all the time.

PDF Review We use this program daily in our offices. It allows for ease of use in getting things signed and sent back quickly. We have no cons at this time and have been using the services for almost 2 years now.

It's been fine so far although this is my first experience with it. I would like to be able to reduce the font size but I can't find where to do this.
