I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.
Signed up for this service in the middle of a Crisis and ultimately didnt need the service, But failed to cancel it. When I contacted the company, they immediately refunded the money without a hassle; I appreciate that kind of integrity.

I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Nothing super fancy but a stable, well purposed PDF editor that has easy access to upload and download PDFs.
Easy to upload and download PDFs for simple editing tasks. Whether wanting to fill out with text or signatures, very simple to edit freely on a PDF.
A lot of competitors that are web based make this another run of the mill PDF editor. Nothing super fancy.
I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
