At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it.

This was so convenient
This was so convenient. It was quick and easy to register and begin filling out forms. This helped me out in a crunch to get my 1099 forms completed.
Great Product
I am able to complete many forms without having to use more complex programs.
The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise.
Some searches turn up rather strange results.

It's software is quite intuitive. It is easy to handle. To fill out forms is great. Also to add the signatures to the documents
Once I wrote to technical support and I'm still waiting for an answer. It's the only negative I can say. In the end I solved the problem I had in another way

I recently started a trial account with pdfFiller but it wasn't quite what I was needing. I didn't cancel the trial correctly so when my Debit card was charged I immediately contacted support and they resolved it within about an hour!
Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. Once I cancelled my subscription they handled it promptly and professionally. If I am ever in need of PDF services again, I will definitely consider their services and so should you!!!
