Thought it was too expensive and did not see the 70% discount for paying annually instead of monthly and do want that discount and as such a large partial refund of the $120 we were charged
Easy to use
Easy to use, has lots of cool features and tools. Gives you complete control and edit capability of docs. Love that you can access it anywhere via web browser and doesn't require software install.

Software is fantastic and only exceeded by their awesome customer service. Paul on the live chat dealt with my request/query efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend these guys.

I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues.
Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking.
The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.
Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! What do you like best?
All the functions have served me well but.the one I used the most is the fax option. I recently started using PDf fillable now that I'm completely online as it help for those clients that do not have access to printers, scanners or fax machines
What do you dislike?
That I can not save it as a template and upload it to my cloud service
