pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.
What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am currently a law school student. There are a lot of forms I have had to fill out and PDFfiller makes this so much easier because I can just send them electronically to those who are alright with receiving them electronically.

Me gustó mucho, lo utilice para editar un pdf y funciona muy bien, muy rápido lo pude hacer.
En celular se me dificulta un poco pero es solo de acostumbrarme
I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours! I would definitely use them again because of how trustworthy and understanding the staff was. Good job PDF Filler Team!
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. So far astonishing. I created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS. Uploaded it. Filled it out. Bad tab order :(. . Was able to change the tab order VERY easily. Send to email and boom. Awsome. So far
