I know that most IRS forms are free and can be saved to my files, however sometimes trying to download the forms is difficult to do. PD Filler is much more user friendly and easy to follow.
Excellent service and initially I had an issue which was a user issue and not the fault of this company. This is an excellent product and excellent customer resolving my issue immediately and to my satisfaction. Completely satisfied !!!
It is great it previews the bottom of the page. But, when I print it out it doesn't print out what it had showed at the bottom of my page in the preview before I printed it out.
I find it very helpful, but sometimes I can't find the form I have completed and I have to start over when I need to make changes. Or it wont allow me to make changes.
the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Scary since I am using lots of numbers for an IRS form and I've forgotten which email I've used and what my password is and I have to redo this form. I need training.

I enjoy using pdfFiller.As with free products, sometimes the function is limited. However, I think that it is a good investment. You can do much with pdfFiller. Notably the reason I rated pdfFiller 4 stars rather than 5 stars is a small (but important to me) reason:PDF Filler has color options for its highlights and pens for annotation, yet compared to some of the other apps and programs, I was slightly disappointed with the display of some of the color options especially with the highlights.Otherwise, this is a great device. I just started using this tool and I am impressed with the ease of editing a PDF document. I have yet to master lining up my edited text with the document. I am able to edit the document enough to be useful.
