Obviously, the sales portion of the Web site needs clarifying, but customer support could not have been more generous and quick in solving my misunderstanding. Wish all companies did as fine a job.
This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. If ever in need of a service, PDFfiller will get my business!
Needed some Quick 1099's - PDF Filler Came to the Rescue
Good product for what it is designed for.
Downloaded this in a pinch when I need to get a vendor a 1099 last minute. Couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this on the IRS website and PDF Filler allowed to complete one in a matter of minutes. Definite a lifesaver and helped me save a relationship with a vendor.
Automatic renewal snuck up on me. I didn't mind paying for it the first year, but this year I didn't need it.

Its been super easy to work and upload, sign, save, and create with this website, I am satisfied with my trial. I have used this for Life documents, I have used this for contracts with my employees and no issues with any transfer.
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)"
