It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.
PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. PDF Filler made my job easier, I can now get out, receive and process documents in a more timely manner.
I love PDF Filler! What great software. It is so professional to have my documents be PDF fillable and helps my Members who do not have easy access to a computer.
Hmm... There is really nothing that I dislike about PDF Filler. I just wish I had it on every computer.
It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.
The website works really well
The website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). Customer service is outstanding.
