I like that I can find most of the forms I need bit it is very difficult, at least for me to align some of my typing to the actual
corresponding lines. (eg): pleading paper. Im sure there is a way but i haven't learned the whole program yet
As a new small business operator, this software has helped me with so many tasks without having to leave work. The only draw back is that many times, recipients can't open sent pdf files and another route has to be taken.
So far it has met my needs and wants. While there has been a struggle with removing the Electronic disclosure page, their technicians and chat support are quick to respond.
Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Amazing
Makes building and filling out forms a breeze. The automation is great in making sure all information is included and correct.
I have had no bad experiences with this software thus far.
