Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

What do you like best?
Create and save editable PDFs in one secure spot. Getting verified signatures with a time stamp is great.
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great Product I am able to complete many forms without having to use more complex programs. The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise. Some searches turn up rather strange results.

easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price. I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it. Immediate refund received I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

Quick sign up, User friendly for beginners and love the functionality!! What made my experience great is that it was simple and easy to use, I had only used docusign once before and decided to try pdfFiller for some court papers that needed electronically signed immediately. It is super user friendly. Great pricing after the 30 day free trial. But my favorite part is the set up and how many different things you can easily do!!!!
