I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Easy to Use but Not Free
This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.

pdfFiller.com gave me faith in online companies. I have no idea what I was trying to accomplish, but had signed up for a 30 day trial. I never used the program, just must have been sleep working. Anyhow, I was so surprised when I got the notification that I had just bought a year subscription. I was beating myself up and trying to figure out how I could be so unaware. I first tried to call. The phone was endlessly busy, I thought wow I just lost $122 (I paid in Canadian funds). Anyhow, I thought I may as well try sending an email. I could not believe it!!!! The response was almost immediate. Max, took care of everything. He issued a refund, and let me know he had cancelled any future subscription. I was in absolute shock. If I had a need for pdfFiller, in that moment, I would have signed up for years. THANK YOU for being accommodating and obviously trustworthy. Again, you have given me a bit of hope for humanity.

Very helpful customer service experience! Used the chat function on the website and Sam was quick and efficient to respond and my issue was instantly solved. Very refreshing as so many many companies leave you on hold for hours or don't reply at all!
pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
