pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it.

Use PDFfiller for my PDF editing and signing needs
I use it quite often and it has made my life much easier.
PDFfiller provides a lot of functionality for a low cost compared to other solutions.
A few features were missing when I first started using it but they have added functionality and it's much better now.
CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

super fast and responsive support team you guys are fast, curteous supportive and knowledgeable about your positions. my experience with your support team has been exceptional..they all were kind and courteous and fast with getting me back on. Thank You! in days that were are experienceing it is good to know that there are a few companies that still utilise our citisens exceptional skills in their business in the United States, that know english well, can do thier jobs over the phone and are "present" so to speak, and use English well. Your support team appear to be knowledgeable and savey of the product they are supporting and can help all of us out quickly and efieciently with any communitcation barriers and that means

ONE THING I DONT LIKE IS THE TOOL BAR WHEN ALINEING TEXT GET IN THE WAY OF SEEING THE ALINEMENT OF LETTERS
I have found it extremely easy to use. I love that I have the ability to make my own notes and highlight passages. I also love that it is an extremely environmentally friendly option to note taking/making. Thank you!
