Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.
This was the best PDF editor site I have seen thus far! It was so smooth and easy to use, as well as had multiple options to easily save and transfer the document without needing to convert everything back and forth!
I was able to fill out a form easily and print it out. I had an issue and logged a ticket, and even though it was not an application issue, the support team was prompt and willing to help.

It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.
Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice!
Not only was pdfFiller miles ahead in its functionality and user-friendliness, when I cancelled my subscription because I no longer had the need - my money was refunded instantly and without question.
This level of customer care is rare and worthy of celebration.
