Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.
it is ok. little pricey. when filling in the spaces on the schedule A and O, the spaces need to be like the main 990 form (not have to place the cursor for the text

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. this is a wonderful app as well for me when away from home i can still too work on documents that need to be submitted in record timing..... as well as faxing now being disabled i can fax things which saves so much time
I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!
Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
It was so easy
It was so easy! I had to go back a few times to edit some pages of the document, but the process was simple. This was my initial use of the site, and, so far, I'm very pleased.
