As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE FORMATTING. iT MAY HAVE BEEN THE TEMPLATE THAT I WAS USING AND NOT THE PDF FILLER. i HAVE USED DOC HUB FOR A LONG TIME AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! IT IS MY GO TO PROGRAM.
Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.
It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.
