I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. Took forever to figure out it wasn't free. Here I thought I was filling out a form to print and filled it all out then said I need to pay. Very frustrating

It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.
Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.
